Premix Burners

Separate air-gas burners usually operate at 10% excess air and are often difficult to control. Premix burners are a way to reduce the infiltration of excess air and thereby reduce energy consumption. They have been applied in glass forehearths, feeders, furnaces, and lehrs for many years.
