The Indian Paper Manufacturers Association (IPMA) represents the paper sector in India. The articles are submitted by eminent authors from the paper and allied industries, various research institutions from India and abroad.

The Institute of Technical Information for Building Materials Industry of China, founded in 1958, is a research unit under the State Council, which is funded by the central government and managed by the China Building Material Industry Association (CBMIA). The International Council of Forest and Paper Associations (ICFPA) was founded in 2002.
